Despite its compact design, the machine integrates the complete recycling process in one system: * blade granulator, * zig-zag separator, * refining turbine, * dry density separation table. Rigid metal fractions, plugs and connectors are separated directly by the zig-zag system, while plastics and thinner wires are further processed in the refining turbine. This solution improves separation quality and minimises metal losses in the plastic fraction. The line produces clean copper or aluminium granulate and a separated plastic fraction. According to the manufacturer, the purity of the recovered materials can reach up to 99%, depending on the type and condition of the input cable.
