- The manufacturer of screw and barrel is TUV certificated ENFORMAK PT INC.
- The material manufacturer of screw and barrel is ISO 9001:2008 certificated BGH EDELSTAHL from Germany.
- Barrel are made of 1.8550 (DIN 12891) ) nitriding steel and long-time gas nitrated to 66-70 HRc with 0, 5 - 0, 7 mm hardness depth.
- Flange connection will be used between extruder-head.
Screw - Screw Dimension : Ø30/25D
- The manufacturer of screw and barrel is TUV certificated ENFORMAK PT INC.
- The material manufacturer of screw and barrel is ISO 9001:2008 certificated BGH EDELSTAHL from Germany.
- Screw material is made of DIN 1.2891 (1.8550, 34 CrAlNi 7) nitriding steel and long-time gas nitrided to 66-70 HRc hardness in 0,6-0,7 mm depth.
- The screw will be made in EBM Barrier design for good homogeneity.
Heating System - Heating is made by ceramic insulated band heaters of CE and ISO 9001:2008 certificated.
- On barrel, there are 3 heating zone.
Cooling System - Cooling is made by centrifugal blowers of TUV certificated EBMpapst from Germany.
- On barrel, there are 3 air cooling zone.
Reducer Gearbox - TUV certificated YILMAZ brand, 4 kW DRE series horizantal type helical reduction gearbox will be used.
- Motor has an extra cooler for protection higher loads.
- Speed control of motor will be made via ABB ACS-880 brand 15 kW inverter drive.
Electric Control Cabinet - Electric control cabin is equipped with ISO 9001:2008 certificated equipments.
- There will be one main electrical panel. The control panel will be located on the extruder.
- Extruder is controlled by main electrical panel.
- This includes speed control of the drive and zone temperatures will be controlled by this PLC system.
- 7’’ touch screen will be used on the extruder(master one). Thanks to this panel, two extruders will be fully controlled.
- Extruder’s screws speed could be adjusted step less by means 4 kW Siemens / ABB AC frequency motor driver.
